These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all direct bookings made with COASTALBLISS LTD, Mousalla 13A, 8047 Paphos, Cyprus (“we”, “our”, “us”) and to the use of our website located at https://coastalbliss.holiday. By accessing this website or confirming a booking, the guest (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following terms:
Website Use & Content
Unless otherwise stated, COASTALBLISS LTD and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on coastalbliss.holiday. You may access this website for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these terms. You may not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from this site, nor redistribute content without permission.
Some parts of the website may allow users to post content. You are responsible for any content you post and must not violate third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these terms.
Booking and Payment
A 50% pre-payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is automatically charged seven days before arrival. A damage deposit is also charged with the final payment: €300 for 2-bedroom villas and €400 for 3-bedroom villas. The damage deposit is refunded within five working days after checkout, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund, including upsells. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. No refund is provided if cancelled less than seven days before check-in. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
Exceptional Cancellations by Coastalbliss
In rare cases such as maintenance issues, we reserve the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, a full refund including upsells will be issued. We will attempt to offer an alternative stay, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00 (3 PM), and check-out must be completed by 10:00 (10 AM). Late check-out without prior approval may result in a charge equal to the late check-out fee, or the full nightly rate if check-out is delayed past noon.
House Rules
Guests agree to follow these house rules: no parties or large gatherings, no barbecues, no pets, no smoking indoors, no unregistered guests, do not exceed maximum occupancy, and respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00. Violations may result in early termination of the stay and/or loss of the damage deposit.
Upsell Services
Optional services are available and subject to confirmation. These include:
– Late check-out until 11:00 or 12:00 (must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, refundable if cancelled 24 hours before)
– Birthday Package and Romantic Package (must be booked at least seven days in advance, refundable if cancelled seven days before)
– Airport transfer to/from Paphos Airport (must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, refundable if cancelled 24 hours before)
All upsell refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
Damages and Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive mess. Associated costs will be deducted from the damage deposit. If the costs exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.
Liability Disclaimer
COASTALBLISS LTD is not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, loss of property, or events outside our control such as weather conditions or flight disruptions. Guests use the property at their own risk.
Privacy and Data
By using our website or making a booking, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.
Hyperlinking
Certain organizations such as government agencies and search engines may link to our website without prior approval. Other organizations must request permission. All links must not be misleading, must not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and must be appropriate to the linking site’s context. We reserve the right to request the removal of any link.
iFrames
You may not create frames around our web pages or use other techniques that alter the visual presentation of our website without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude any liability that cannot be legally excluded. The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
